Twenty-Three Attorneys Named to Super Lawyers

Twenty-three Rose Law Firm attorneys have been named to the one of the Super Lawyers listings.  Super Lawyers bases its listings on a process that begins with nominations submitted by ballots sent to attorneys who have been practicing more than five years.  After nominations are received, a group of Super Lawyers researchers evaluates the candidates based on a list of twelve indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.  Next, candidates are grouped together into practice areas, and the candidates receiving the most total points in the prior steps are asked to serve on a review panel.  Then, the final selection takes places, with attorneys grouped together according to firm size, and those with the highest point totals within each group are selected.  The following lawyers were recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers for 2012:
