Dan joins fellow Rose Law Firm members, Wilson Jones and Craig Lair who have been admitted as ACTEC fellows.
With Dan’s deep knowledge and depth of experience in estate planning and taxation, he advises high net worth individuals in such areas of planning, probate and trust administration, and incapacity planning. He represents a wide variety of clients from individuals to large corporate fiduciaries in assisting with complex estate administrations. Additionally, Dan advises corporate fiduciaries on complex tax and trust administration issues.
