Professional Experience

Adam H. Crow concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, taxation, and business transactions.  His recent experience includes:

  • Preparation of wills and trusts including revocable trusts, generation-skipping trusts, life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable trusts, and other wealth transfer documents.
  • Assisting clients develop and implement succession plans for family-owned businesses and properties.
  • Representation of clients with estate and gift tax planning, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, and income tax planning.
  • Representation of personal representatives and trustees with the administration of estates and trusts and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns.
  • Preparation and review of pre-nuptial agreements and related planning.
  • Representation of taxpayers in regard to federal and Arkansas tax audits, administrative hearings, appeals, and litigation.
  • Representation of closely-held entities in connection with mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, dispositions, and related tax planning.
  • Formation of limited liability companies, limited partnerships, corporations, and other business entities.
  • Preparation and review of various contracts and agreements involving commercial transactions, finance, real estate, and agricultural matters.
