Professional Experience
Amanda practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, family law, and appellate advocacy. She practices in both the state and federal trial courts in Arkansas and has represented clients on appeal before the Arkansas Supreme Court, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She also has represented clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Commercial Litigation
Amanda represents clients in various civil cases, including construction disputes, contract disputes, lien disputes, business disputes among shareholders in small businesses, probate and estate litigation, and colllection and enforcement of arbitration awards.
Family Law
Amanda represents clients in divorce and post-divorce disputes, including property settlements and division, alimony, child custody, visitation, move-aways, and modification of divorce decrees.
Appellate Advocacy
Amanda represents clients in various cases on appeal. She has successfully represented a client in affirmance of summary judgment before the Arkansas Supreme Court, has represented a client in having a jury verdict for the client reinstated by the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, has successfully represented a client in a divorce-stock valuation case before the Arkansas Supreme Court, and has successfully defended a defense verdict in a quiet title action before the Arkansas Court of Appeals.
