Bio

David Martin is highly regarded for his knowledge of all matters touching on the employer/employee relationship and his professional and personal integrity. In addition to defending clients in all types of employment-related matters, David has extensive experience in drafting employer-specific documentation such as handbooks, applications, and the like, as well as drafting and defending affirmative action plans and Title IX documentation. David also has years of experience in performing Occupational Safety and Health Administration and non-Occupational Safety and Health Administration safety audits, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program, Department of Justice, and Title IX (Office for Civil Rights) compliance and safety audits. In addition, he routinely conducts on-site and off-site management and personnel training in employment-related matters.

During his more than thirty years practice of labor relations, David has handled every aspect of employment law, dealt with all of the related federal agencies, and tried numerous lawsuits before state and federal judges and juries.
