Eric Scott Bell

Eric Scott Bell practices in the area of Management Labor and Employment Law and General Civil Litigation.  His Labor and Employment work includes advising clients on issues related to employment discrimination, employment agreements, affirmative action, employee mobility and covenants not to compete, employee privacy concerns, unemployment benefits, workers’ compensation benefits, and occupational safety and health.  Eric has experience representing clients before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services, and the Arkansas Board of Review.  In the area of general civil litigation, Eric has defended employers in lawsuits resulting from work place fatalities and claims of defamation.  Eric has also represented both employers and key employees in employee mobility disputes.
