Experience

  • Represents a national rent-to-own retailer in collection matters throughout Arkansas
  • Assists senior members in the representation of a national lender in bankruptcy proceedings
  • Provides on-the-ground advice regarding OSHA compliance to a national manufacturing client
  • Assisted senior members in the successful settlement of OSHA enforcement proceedings
  • Successfully represented a large automotive company in defense of products liability claims
  • Successfully represented a client seeking damages for property damage
  • Advises municipalities, county governments, and improvement districts on financing vehicles, including bonds, repurchase agreements, and tax assessments
  • Advises on clean energy financing in Arkansas
  • Assisted venture capitalist on regulatory issues concerning crowdfunding
  • Advised local development entity on economic development issues as a Team Leader with the Harvard Mississippi Delta Project
