John T. Hardin

Mr. Hardin's experience in the last year includes the following:

• He acted as counsel in connection with two multi-million dollar timber financings. 
• He helped avoid costly litigation and negotiated deed-in-lieu arrangements on three multi-million dollar commercial buildings for different lenders.
• He has successfully collected hundreds of thousands of dollars for creditors without resorting to costly and time-consuming trial litigation.
• He has assisted two multi-state non-banking financial institutions create and revise documentation so as to position them to lend to Arkansans in connection with timber and farm operations.
