Our long and honorable history remains a source of enormous pride.
The not-too-distant media attention on our firm was an educational experience. The
lesson we have learned is simply this: the pursuit of excellence is a human process
requiring constant diligence. All of our current members share an excellent measure of
commitment to justify, by exceptional service to our clients, the pride we rightly associate
with our name.
After all is said and done, the only true evaluation of our services comes
from our clients. We are proud not only to represent many of the most prominent names in
our state and nation but to note that almost without exception, they return to us again and
again when they seek advice and counsel. And frankly, we know why.
We ask only the best and brightest to join us. We embrace the culture of
excellence, putting our long body of experience into every well-considered decision, every
effort on your behalf. We use the power of our diversity and seasoned judgment to provide
you with the highest level of counsel and advocacy. Most importantly, we know how to get
things done vigorously, efficiently, and correctly.
We appreciate this opportunity to introduce ourselves and briefly describe
the depth of legal and personal resources we will utilize on your behalf. We encourage you
to call us for an informal, face to face meeting, without obligation, so that you may personally
evaluate our character, our competence, and our other unique strengths -- tangible and
otherwise.
Creative and Alternative Dispute Resolution
We appreciate your desire to control costs while receiving the very finest
legal support. For this reason, we do not confine our thinking to normal channels of dispute
resolution but look for creative solutions whenever possible. This can include mediation,
arbitration, and conciliation, which can often resolve conflicts in less time and at less cost.
Workload Management
In order to be as responsive as possible to your need for accessible
communication and cost control, each file is assigned to a senior member who serves as
your "supervising attorney." It is this person's responsibility to understand your business,
know the status of your matter, notify you of any significant changes, and make sure the work
we perform is done in the most efficient and cost effective manner. When appropriate, we also
utilize associate attorneys and paraprofessionals to permit lower billing rates for certain
kinds of work.
Support Behind the Scenes
Every service we provide, from drafting a basic contract to handling the most
complex transaction or litigation, is enhanced by our experienced staff and advanced technical
resources. We have the largest private law library in Arkansas, further supported by secure
computer systems to plan, research, execute, and revise whenever and whatever is required to
assist you.
We thank you for your time and consideration.
