- a successful major rezoning matter involving a 100-acre retail and commercial office development in western Little Rock;
- financing of office buildings in Little Rock and Phoenix, Arizona with a single tax retention operating lease or "synthetic lease" facility;
- acquisition of two major hotels in Little Rock;
- the acquisition, development and sale of resort property, including golf courses, condominiums, and time share projects
