We have extensive experience before the Arkansas Public Service Commission and regularly appear before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. In addition, we are experienced in the federal and state legislative process as it affects utility regulation.
We have participated in numerous electric, gas, water, sewer and telephone dockets for many years. Our experience includes representing industrial and commercial consumers, gas marketers, independent power producers, qualifying facility cogenerators, competitive local exchange carriers, interexchange carriers, long distance resellers, cellular providers and pay telephone service providers. We have represented applicants and intervenors in a wide variety of proceedings including Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity applications, rate cases, tariff revisions, promotional practice matters, integrated resource planning, nuclear decommissioning, financing applications, show cause orders, merger applications, interconnection agreements, rulemakings and generic policy dockets.
