The attorneys in Rose Law Firm’s class action practice group have decades of expertise defending state and federal class actions in Arkansas and around the nation.  This experience instructs them well in the unique procedural considerations that confront any party to a class action or mass action case.   This is of particular concern for a party to a class action that is pending in the state courts of Arkansas, which has some of the most challenging class certification law in the nation.
