February 7, 2018– Rose Law Firm is pleased to announce the election of Robyn P. Allmendinger as its first female managing member. Her term is effective immediately. She succeeds Craig Lair, who held the position since 2015, and will now be serving as general counsel to one of the firm’s clients.
Under Lair’s leadership, Rose Law Firm experienced consistent year-over-year growth. The firm opened an office in Fayetteville, Arkansas and added new attorneys to strengthen growing areas of its legal practice.
“Craig’s efforts to further expand our firm’s excellent reputation for client service have been exceptional and were a driving force behind opening our Northwest Arkansas office,” said Allmendinger. “We thank Craig for his service and contributions to our success and wish him well as he transitions to his new role with our client.”
Allmendinger graduated from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law in 2002 and immediately joined Rose Law Firm. She is a ranked lawyer in Real Estate by Chambers USA and is featured in Best Lawyers in America for her work in Securities and Capital Markets.
“I’m extremely excited that Robyn will be leading the firm,” Lair said. “She has managed to be both a top tier attorney in real estate, corporate and securities, commercial financing and mergers and acquisition and simultaneously a valuable member of our firm management. She has the perfect qualities to lead this firm into its third century of existence.”
“I am honored my colleagues selected me to serve in this role, and I look forward to continuing the firm’s upward progress,” said Allmendinger.
Allmendinger is married to Kyle Allmendinger, and they have two young boys. She is a sustainer in the Junior League of Little Rock and a respite care provider and supporter of The C.A.L.L, which provides support to foster families in Pulaski County.
Rose Law Firm dates back to 1820, making it the oldest business in the state and one of the oldest law firms in the nation. It represents clients in business matters around the nation and world.
