Dominic joined Rose Law Firm in 2022 as part of the firm’s business section. Dominic focuses his practice on a number of transactional and regulatory matters including:
- Real Estate Transactions
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Corporate Governance and Structuring
- Medical Marijuana Regulation
- Corporate Transparency Act Compliance
- Commercial Contracts
Prior to joining Rose Law Firm, Dominic received his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law where he graduated cum laude with an emphasis in business transactions. Dominic also received his B.A. in Business and Economics from Hendrix College where he was a member and captain of the men’s lacrosse team.
