Bio

Steve has a varied practice which includes areas such as products liability defense, commercial litigation, insurance defense, transportation law, construction law, and airport law. He is an experienced litigator with a successful track record. In addition to providing thorough representation to achieve client goals, Steve is watchful to ensure that the work is done as efficiently as possible to control costs.

In addition to litigation, Steve, who is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), is heavily involved in business contract work for both public and private entities. Much of his time is spent in the representation municipal and governmental entities. Steve has been president of the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel and is a former Arkansas State Representative to the Defense Research Institute (DRI). He is also a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).
