Bio
Mary practices in the areas of civil litigation, employment law/management, arbitration, and insurance defense. A native of Houston, Texas, Mary received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Mary has been in private practice since leaving law school and is licensed in both Arkansas and Texas. She has been named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the areas of Labor and Employment Law/Management, Litigation/Labor and Employment, and Municipal Law, and included among Mid-South Super Lawyers‘ “Rising Stars.”
During law school, Mary served for two years as Student Bar Association President, received the award for most outstanding contribution to the law school community, and externed for the Honorable Joe J. Volpe of the United States Magistrate Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. In addition to being a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Mary also served on the Arkansas House of Delegates for Benton County. Mary is a member of the Texas and American Bar Associations.
