Bio

Mitchell is an associate in the firm’s business section, where his practice focuses primarily on environmental and agricultural law matters. Prior to joining Rose Law Firm, Mitchell was an attorney at the Arkansas Department of Energy & Environment, working on a range of issues, including clean water, clean air, solid and hazardous wastes, and regulated storage tank compliance and enforcement, and appeals in front of the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.

Mitchell earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Agricultural and Food Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
