Bio
Steve concentrates his practice primarily on representing individuals and closely-held businesses. In doing so, Steve regularly counsels clients on estate planning, taxation and business transactions. He enjoys helping both individuals and closely held businesses in such areas as estate plans including estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
Additionally Steve is involved with income tax planning, preparing wills, trusts and other wealth transfer instruments, developing succession plans for family businesses, administering estate and trusts and creating and administering family charitable foundations and trusts. On the business transactions side, Steve creates closely held business entities, assists companies with mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, dispositions and related tax planning of closely held businesses and buying, selling and leasing real estate.
