Bio
Tom has a vast practice in commercial lending and borrowing, real estate, bankruptcy and debtor/creditor law. He is one of the go-to lawyers for out-of state financial institutions doing business in Arkansas, serving as local counsel in connection with multi-state financings.
Tom has successfully collected a high volume of debt for various creditors, saving clients costly and time-consuming trial litigation. He routinely represents in-state creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and also counsels out-of-state lenders in connection with credit work-outs.
