Bio
W. Silas Heffley is an associate attorney in the business section who focuses his practice on individual taxation, business taxation, estate planning and wills and trusts. He received his bachelor’s degree in public administration from Harding University in 2015 and his MBA from Harding University in 2019. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2022, where he served as the Research Editor for the Arkansas Law Review. Heffley joined the firm in 2023 after completing his LL.M. in taxation at New York University.
