Jack Easterly

Jack Easterly advocates for clients before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), and other state safety and health agencies throughout the country. He offers full service occupational safety and health counsel, including: performing protective OSHA compliance audits; representing clients during agency inspections; and challenging citations. In addition, he has completed 40 hours of OSHA General Industry Outreach Training. Jack also provides services in a wide array of complex civil matters, including other labor and employment and commercial/business litigation.

Jack graduated from Westminster College as a Churchill Scholar with a 4.0 GPA. During his time at the Bowen School of Law he earned the top grade in eight courses, was a member of the Law Review, and graduated summa cum laude. He also had the highest score on the Arkansas Bar Exam.
