Rose Law Firm’s Mitchell Dowden is the Chair of the 28th Annual Arkansas Bar Association Environmental Law Conference, which will occur in Hot Springs from March 5th to March 7th.
The conference will be held in conjunction with the 63rd National Resources Institute Annual Conference.
