Congratulations to Nancy Smith, who was recently selected to participate in the Leadership Benton County Class of 2025.
The Leadership Benton County program provides leadership training specific to regional issues facing the county and serves as the Rogers Lowell Chamber and Greater Bentonville Chamber of Commerce’s training ground for future leaders in Benton County. Over the course of the leadership program, participants experience firsthand all facts of the community, including government, business, education, recreation, utilities, infrastructure, housing, health care, social services and more.
Nancy is a litigation associate and handles a wide variety of civil disputes. Her practice focuses on commercial contract and tort disputes, labor and employment compliance, agency investigations, and antitrust violations. In her representation, Nancy ensures clients are well-informed and educated about their proceedings. Nancy strives to practice law with excellence and maximize her value, whether that is through writing persuasively and concisely with attention to detail, researching all possible arguments and solutions, or utilizing the latest technology, such as e-discovery tools.
