LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (March 8, 2022) – Rose Law Firm, a full service business law firm with locations in Little Rock and Fayetteville, announced today an agreement to combine with Smith Hurst, PLC of Rogers and jointly operate as Rose Law Firm effective April 1, 2022.
Rose Law Firm managing member David S. Mitchell, Jr. will continue to lead the firm. Smith Hurst, PLC managing partner Rebecca Hurst will join as a member and will be in charge of both Rose Law Firm Northwest Arkansas locations. She will also be a member of the firm’s executive committee. Smith Hurst, PLC founding partner Jim Smith will join as of counsel.

The merger will expand Rose Law Firm’s capabilities in Northwest Arkansas and will bolster the firm’s ability to serve high net worth families and support businesses, large and small, across the state.
