Rose Law Firm Welcomes Three New Attorneys

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (October 23, 2023) – Rose Law Firm, a full-service business law firm with locations in Little Rock and Rogers, is pleased to announce the hiring of J.P. Boyter, Hayley Harris, and Tyler Mlakar.

Boyter, Harris, and Mlakar all join the firm as associates. Boyter will work in the firm’s business section, and Harris and Mlakar will work in the firm’s litigation section. Harris and Mlakar will be in the Little Rock office, and Boyter will work out of the Rogers office.

Boyter focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities, real estate, commercial lending, corporate governance, and general transactional work. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2022, where he served as the Articles Editor for the Arkansas Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport in 2019.

Harris will focus on commercial and business litigation, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas in 2020 and her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2023. While at the University of Arkansas, she won the William H. Sutton Barrister’s Union Trial Competition in 2022.

Mlakar will practice construction litigation, appellate advocacy, business litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Prior to joining Rose Law Firm, Mlakar served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Bobby E. Shepherd, of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Mlakar received his bachelor’s degree from The College of William and Mary in 2019. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2022, where he served as the Executive Editor of the Arkansas Law Review.
