In today’s energy sector, increased global demand, the scarcity of energy resources, fluctuation in oil and gas prices, market deregulation and new technology are impacting the traditional production and distribution of energy and power and forcing many to consider alternative energy resources.

Any energy company, large or small, should be served by a law firm with a depth of expertise in areas that can help address these challenges.  Our firm’s Energy team is integrated and multidisciplinary from across practices to advise companies, utilities, project developers, investors, regulators and other energy participants in critical aspects of their business.

Oil and Gas

We have experience in reviewing and analyzing oil and gas leases on behalf of owners of real estate, including leases for shale gas production.
