Rose Law Firm, a full-service business law firm located in Little Rock and Rogers, is pleased to announce Ty Bordenkircher as its newest member.
Ty is based in the Little Rock office and has an established practice working primarily with clients in the construction and manufacturing industries. He has extensive experience negotiating and resolving disputes on large commercial projects and litigating complex matters on behalf of companies.
He is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Alabama and works with multiple companies with facilities or businesses operating in both states and throughout the Midsouth and Southeast.
He received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2019 and served as a note and comment Editor for the Arkansas Law Review. Prior to law school, Ty served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, where he was a certified explosive transporter for his unit.
