Madeline Taylor focuses her practice on business-oriented legal solutions, with a particular emphasis on real estate, finance, and corporate matters. Prior to returning to private practice, Madeline served as General Counsel and Vice President of Operations for a real estate development and operations company in Northwest Arkansas, where she gained extensive, hands-on experience across the full spectrum of the real estate lifecycle — including acquisition, development, construction, commercial leasing, and financing.
Madeline brings a practical, operational mindset to her legal work, helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and efficiency. She regularly advises clients on real estate financing transactions — including both conventional and structured finance — and has experience representing developers, lenders, and investors in connection with commercial leasing, property development, and joint ventures. Her practice also includes advising clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and the structuring of partnerships and development deals, including New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) transactions.
Madeline frequently serves as outside general counsel to businesses and real estate-focused organizations, helping them align legal strategy with long-term business goals.
