Abby Davis focuses her practice on business and transactional matters, including commercial finance, real estate transactions, business planning, contract drafting and negotiation, and other general corporate matters. She works with businesses, financial institutions, property owners, and other clients on a variety of commercial transactions and agreements. Abby graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While earning her J.D., Abby remained actively involved in the U of A community. In addition to serving as a legal extern with the University of Arkansas Athletic Department, where she assisted with NIL contracts, coaches’ agreements, and other transactional matters, she represented the University as the 60^th Miss University of Arkansas.
