Kellie Emerson is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience in bankruptcy law and debtor-creditor matters. Her practice encompasses the evaluation of debtors' financial affairs, review of pleadings, drafting of complaints and claims, and research into complex creditor issues arising throughout the course of bankruptcy proceedings.
Kellie earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas, William H. Bowen School of Law in 2004. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arkansas State University.
A dedicated leader in the Arkansas legal community, Kellie currently serves as President-Elect of the Debtor/Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas. She previously served as President of the Arkansas Bar Association's Debtor/Creditor Section during the 2024–2025 term.
