Mitchell and Reynolds Secure Unanimous Jury Verdict in High-Stakes Trust and Probate Trial

David S. Mitchell, Jr., and Bourgon B. Reynolds recently secured a decisive trial victory in Pulaski County Circuit Court, achieving a unanimous jury verdict in favor of their clients in a hotly contested trust and probate litigation matter.

The case centered on allegations of breach of fiduciary duty with respect to trust assets valued over $20,000,000, with the opposing party seeking upwards of $2,700,000 in damages. After a multi-day trial, the jury unanimously rejected those claims and instead found that the opposing party had breached numerous fiduciary duties.

“This verdict underscores our commitment to protecting our clients’ rights in complex trust and probate disputes,” said David Mitchell. “We are proud to deliver results that not only defend our clients against significant claims but also hold fiduciaries accountable when they fail to meet their obligations.”

As a result of this victory, David and Bourgon are now seeking recovery of all attorneys’ fees and costs on behalf of their clients.
