Rose Law Firm will host the first part of a two-part webinar series focused on Workplace Investigations, featuring Cindy Kolb, on March 18 from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. This webinar will cover how to conduct a thorough and legally sound investigation, which is a must-have skill for HR professionals and employment counsel. In the first session of this two-part series, we will walk through the full investigation process and share practical strategies to help you feel confident and in control from day one. After the first session, you’ll be able to:
- Launch and structure an investigation with a clear plan
- Interview witnesses and gather evidence in a manner that leads to credible, complete findings
- Write investigation reports that are legally sound and useful for internal and external review
Attending part one of the series is not required to attend part two, and vice versa. Those who attend the webinar will be eligible to receive the following pre-approved credits:
- 1.00 HRCI® credit hours
- 1.00 SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs)
- 1.00 CLE Credit hours
