Rose Law Firm Expands Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice with New Hire

Rose Law Firm is pleased to announce the hiring of Kellie Emerson. Kellie joins the firm in an of counsel role and will work in the firm’s litigation section in the Little Rock office.

Kellie focuses her practice on Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Commercial and Business Litigation.

Kellie received her J.D. from the University of Arkansas, William H. Bowen School of Law. Before earning her J.D., she graduated with her B.A. in Political Science from Arkansas State University.

Prior to joining Rose Law Firm, Kellie was a Staff Attorney at the Mark T. McCarty, Chapter 13 Trustee Office serving the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.

Kellie also currently serves as the Vice President Elect of the Debtor/Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas.
