While Rose Law Firm has been headquartered in Little Rock since our founding in 1820, we’ve had a significant presence in northwest Arkansas for many years. In 2017, we opened a second, satellite office in Fayetteville, Arkansas, when we absorbed an intellectual property firm that had been based in NWA. We later opened our current Rogers location and expanded our specialty areas to meet the needs of clients in the northwest part of the state. Today, our Rogers office brings a deep bench of skilled and experienced talent for business and commercial legal services.
Northwest Arkansas, particularly the cities of Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville, has experienced rapid growth and development, largely due to the presence of major corporations like Walmart, J.B. Hunt and Tyson Foods Inc., all of which are headquartered in the region. With this growth, there has been an increasing demand for legal services, including corporate law, real estate law, employment law, and more. We recognized the opportunity presented by the economic expansion in northwest Arkansas and strategically expanded our operations to serve clients in the region.
Our attorneys are also involved in the local community and we are excited to continue growing our presence here. The managing member of our northwest Arkansas office in Rogers is Bourgon Reynolds, who has been with the firm since 2012. Reynolds was named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 class in 2019 and is a Leadership Arkansas Class XVII member. She is also the firm representative to the Northwest Arkansas Council and a Leadership Benton County alumnus. Reynolds is a board member for Havenwood Inc., a nonprofit based in Bentonville, and a member of the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce.
