M. Stephen Bingham

Steve is an experienced litigator with a successful track record during his forty plus years of practice. He handles a diverse range of practice areas such as products liability defense, commercial litigation, insurance defense, transportation law, construction law, and airport law. In addition to providing thorough representation designed to achieve the goals of the client, Steve is watchful to ensure that the work is done as efficiently as possible to control costs.

Steve’s litigation practice has covered a broad spectrum, with success achieved for clients in both contract and tort disputes, including:

  • Insurance claims
  • Products liability (including automotive, heavy equipment and machinery)
  • Motor Vehicle Accident claims (including automobile and trucking matters)
  • Contract disputes
  • Warranty claims
  • Construction disputes
  • Negligence claims
  • Trade practices claims

Steve has routinely guided clients through every aspect of the litigation process as well as through alternate dispute processes. Specifically, he is skilled in:

  • Pre-litigation Negotiation

  • Post Suit Settlement Negotiation
  • Resolution through Dispositive Motions
  • Jury and Bench Trials (Federal and State)
  • Appeals

Steve is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). In addition to litigation, he is heavily involved in business contract work for both public and private entities. Much of his time is spent in the representation municipal and governmental entities. Steve has been president of the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel, a member of the Board of Trustees for the Arkansas Bar Association and is a former Arkansas State Representative to DRI (the Defense Research Institute). He is also an active member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).

Russell P. Bailey

Russell concentrates his practice in the areas of workplace safety and health compliance and litigation. This includes the following:

  • Counseling clients on compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
  • Investigating and responding to significant workplace incidents
  • Managing OSHA inspections
  • Contesting OSHA citations
  • Defending employers during OSHA enforcement actions
  • Conducting internal safety and health audits
  • Developing safety and health programs and policies

He also represents clients in personal injury and wrongful death litigation following workplace incidents.

Robyn P. Allmendinger

Robyn has practiced with Rose Law Firm since she graduated from law school in 2002. She was named the first female Managing Member of the firm in 2018 and served in this role until 2022.  Robyn maintains an active practice in the areas of real estate, corporate, commercial financing and mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience in the following:

  • Representing individuals and businesses in the purchase and sale of real estate, lease transactions, zoning and development issues, title issues, 1031 like-kind exchanges and other real estate matters
  • Advising closely-held businesses in the acquisition and sale of businesses
  • Representing borrowers and lenders in complex asset and real-estate based financing transactions
  • Serving as local counsel to out-of-state lenders with transactions in Arkansas

In addition, Robyn serves as “outside” general counsel, advising several clients on day-to-day issues and general corporate matters. Robyn’s creativity and attention to detail benefit her clients in drafting and negotiating all types of commercial contracts, such as:

  • Commercial purchase orders
  • Consulting agreements
  • Customer rebate agreements
  • Equipment lease and purchase agreements
  • Independent contractor agreements
  • Sales representative and distributor agreements
  • Vendor services agreements

Robyn’s client service strengths include listening to her clients’ needs and objectives and responding promptly, efficiently and professionally. Her service to her clients has been recognized by her peers and clients in several lawyer rating organizations. Chambers has reported Robyn’s clients as stating: “Her help was invaluable and her analysis incisive[,]” and “[s]he enjoys a strong reputation and is commended for being ‘organized, with fast turnaround times.'”

Robyn is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, where she lives with her husband and two sons.

Betsy Baker

Betsy is a tenacious litigator who handles a wide variety of civil disputes. Her focus and experience is concentrated in three main areas: Creditors Rights, including collections and bankruptcy, Commercial Contract and Tort disputes, and Fiduciary Litigation.

In her representation of creditors, Betsy strives to meet each client’s objectives in the most efficient and cost conscious manner possible while obtaining the highest return in value. Examples of matters in which Betsy has assisted clients include the following:

  • Obtaining, registering and enforcing judgments through a number of collection methods, including garnishments and executions against property
  • Bringing and defending against replevin actions
  • Bringing and defending against unlawful detainer actions
  • Representing clients in bankruptcy court by filing proofs of claim, negotiating settlements, filing objections to discharge, conducting discovery in contesting actions and defending and bringing adversary proceedings

In her commercial litigation practice, Betsy has a diversified practice with success representing clients in both contract and tort disputes, including:

  • Breach of contract claims, including judgement collection
  • Unfair business or trade practices claims
  • Construction defects
  • Defense of Lemon law claims
  • Products liability
  • Breaches of warranty
  • Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act
  • Negligence claims

Fiduciary litigation is a substantial part of Betsy’s practice. She has represented trustees, executors, guardians, beneficiaries and other interested persons in navigating disputes regarding trusts, wills, guardianships and other litigation involving fiduciaries. Betsy is aware of the unique and often personal nature of these disputes and strives to provide compassionate and dedicated service to her clients as they navigate these lawsuits.  Some recent examples of her work in this area are as follows:

  • Representing a trustee in defense of a lawsuit seeking to set aside a trust based on incapacity;
  • Prosecuting claims on behalf of a beneficiary to obtain the beneficiary’s rightful share of inherited property;
  • Representing a guardian of an estate in recovering unauthorized payments to a third party.

Betsy also handles family law disputes with a focus on complex, high net worth divorces. Over the course of her career, Betsy has built a reputation for being a zealous advocate for her clients while providing reasonable and practical “straight talk” advice to her clients. Betsy has experience guiding clients through every aspect of litigation to a successful resolution, whether that may be through the following:

  • Mediation
  • Arbitration
  • Settlement
  • Dispositive motion
  • Jury or bench trial
  • Appeal

Amber Wilson Bagley

Amber practices in the areas of employment law, commercial/corporate litigation, healthcare law, and municipal law. Amber served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Annabelle Clinton Imber and the Honorable Tom Glaze, both Justices of the Arkansas Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, and the Arkansas Bar Association, where she has served as chair of the Health Law Section and is a tenured member of the House of Delegates for Pulaski County. She has been included in top-attorney lists from Best Lawyers in America, Chambers and Partners, and Mid-South Super Lawyers, and was named the 2021 VOCALS Attorney of the Year Award for substantial time and effort dedicated to pro bono work. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University.
